Description
A group of two Japanese Senninbari vests. ++ A Japanese Senninbari vest with yellow knots. On the back says in Kanji character "Cho Ko" ("Loyalty" and "Filial Piety") and bottom left inscription is of a female name "Kefuko." 21"L x 18 1/2"W. ++ A Senninbari vest with a figure depicted. On the front, Kanji characters says, "Hatu ko Ichi U" (Unified country under the emperor). On the back, two slogans in Kanji characters that says, "Bu Un Cho Kyu" and the owner's name Nakazawa Saburo. 20 3/4"L x 20 1/2"W.From the Japanese Militaria and Art Collection of John Woodall.
