He began to study at different Universities, Architecture and Marketing/Publicity. Always having been drawn to the world of Arts. Gardani started working and experimenting with different materials and techniques on his Paintings and Sculptures. Entirely self-taught, he had his first solo exhibition in his native, Quito. It’s when he realized, that is what he wants to do for the rest of his life. He knows to fulfill that dream he had to leave his problematic political country. ended up in the U.S. in 1989. He lived in California, Chicago, New York and Miami, still living between the last two cities.
