SKETCHBOOK OF CHARLES LANDSEER, JOHNNY FRIEDLANDER AND L'AI TRANSPURGE DE PETITES. Three books comprising an illustrated sketchbook of Charles Landseer reproducing sketches done in 1825. 1972, San Paulo, bound with cloth covered boards and four panel folding folio case. Johnny Friedlander, Oeuvre 1961-1965, Touchstone. Includes a loose full page lithograph and l'ai transpurge de petites choses malversees by Claude Revolte and illustrations by Irenee Lemieux, 1998, with 20 tipped in serigraphs (5 pencil signed by the artist).

Condition

The first (Landseer) Good to very good condition. Shows little or no use. The binding with minor edge wear. The Four part folding cover with some shelf wear, edge wear and fading. The Second (Johnny Friedlander) Very good to fine condition with minor shelf and edge-wear and light fading to cover boards. The third (Jâ€™ai transpurge de petites) Good to very good condition. No noticeable signs of use or handling. Some scattered marks on text pages from opposing serigraphs. Cover with minor discoloring and shelf wear.
