14 karat yellow gold, diamond, and ruby fully articulated lobster slide pendant that measures 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" long by 2 1/4" wide and weighs 10.3 pennyweight. The quality of the workmanship of this piece is truly outstanding; even the antennae are mounted on springs to make them articulated! Each section of the tail is also articulated. You won't find a nicer example! The lobster slide has the following stones in it:


12 full cut diamonds in each claw
10 full cut diamonds in the tail sections
2 full cut diamonds under the eyes
12 full cut diamonds in the thorax carapace
4 cabochon 2.25 mm round rubies on the antennae
2 cabochon rubies in the eyes

There are a total of 48 pave set diamonds that measure .8 mm - 1 mm (.005 carats each) for .25 carat total weight and the tail has 34 channel set rubies in it over 2 carats but hard to get an accurate weight, as the rubies are custom cut to fit into each section of the tail.
