New World, Mexico, ca. early to mid 20th century CE. A nice folk art collection of two brass religious medals and a tin sheet frame in the form of a heart and a newspaper clipping showing a woman behind the glass. Both medals are pierced for suspension. One cannot be read, but the other depicts San Felipe on one side and the Virgin of Guadalupe on the other. Size of frame: 5" W x 7.75" H (12.7 cm x 19.7 cm)
