ASSORTED AMERICAN STONEWARE ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, salt-glazed, comprising one straight-sided crock with two handles, incised line below rim, cobalt-blue "3" and floral design on one side with brown Albany-slip glazed interior; and one wide, high-shouldered jug with pulled handle, cobalt-blue decoration on front of shoulder opposite handle with Albany-slip glazed interior. Unmarked. Second half 19th century. 11 3/16" and 13 3/4" H.
Jug undamaged with s slightly warped base from manufacturing, one hairline on rim of straight-sided crock above handle.
