Also signed by Marshall H. Kaplan, engineer and designer of launch vehicle systems; Nick J. Hoff, pioneering aeronautical engineer; Col. Len Sugerman; Clyde W. Tombaugh, the discover of Pluto; Charles Stark Draper, the 'father of inertial navigation"; Davis S. Hoag; R. Cargill Hall, JPL Historian; and two others. Most fof the signers are either authors of articles contained in this title or were involved in the Dedication Ceremonies of the International Space Hall of Fame, which take up the first part of the book.
