This is a lovely Sterling Silver Server by Georg Jensen. It has a flowing open handle that is defined by a leaf and a stem and a series graduated pearls. The piece is hand hammered and the spade shape flat blade could be used for many things, including tomatoes, pancakes, cheese or pastry. It has the GI hallmark surround by raised dot making it from 1910 - 1925. It is in excellent condition for it's age. The server is 6 1/4" in length by 2 1/4" wide and weighs 51 grams or 1.6 troy oz.
