2nd century BC-2nd century AD. A silver neck-ring formed as a band of twisted round-section wires with flat-section ends, thickened finials pierced transversely to accept a pin closure. 55 grams, 13.5cm (5 1/4"). Property of a Surrey collector; acquired in the early 1970s.
