A pair of Roman gold earrings, c. 1st - 3rd Century AD, of crescent shape with widened bottom. Both about 1.2 x 1.2 cm. Combined weight: 2.26g. Ex Estate of Dr. Hilda Knobloch of Savannah, Georgia. She was a preeminent child developmental pediatrician and principal student of psychologist and pediatrician Arnold Gesell.
