Description
Spode (English, founded 1767), second half 20th century. A group of 18 pieces of porcelain dinnerware, including 12 luncheon plates, 2 round scalloped serving platters, 2 oblong scalloped serving platters, and a footed dish with a saucer. Each enameled in a red and blue floral pattern with gilt detailing. All marked to underside. Approximate height (of oblong platter) 2.5", width 11", depth 7.75".
Condition
Footed dish lacking lid. Scattered gilt and enamel loss. Glaze pops and glazing imperfections. Some pieces with small flea bites/chips to foot rim. Scattered scratches likely from utensil use. Wear is commensurate with age and usage.
