Description
A 19th century English mahogany wheel barometer having a scroll split swan neck pediment centered with brass urn finial over a humidity gauge, temperature gauge and large wheel barometer and level gauge, signed "Josh Testi/Somerton/Warranted". Approximate height 39.25", width 10.12", depth 1.5".
Condition
Wear commensurate with age and use. Oxidation and antiquing to dial. Pediment has been broken and reglued to one side. Minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, including light scratching and wear. All clips intact. Likely still contains mercury. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
