Two Bas-Relief Metal Distinguish Service Medals from the Great Lakes Exposition, Cleveland OH, 1936,
The obverse is inscribed around the edge 'For Distinguishing Service to the Great Lakes Exposition, 1836-1936', the center depicts the landing of Moses Cleveland with his hand raised amongst a group of Native Americans. The reverse features the logo of the World's Fair with the inscription 'Cleveland Great Lakes Exposition Centennial'. One medal un-awarded, the other awarded to E.J. Sparks.
