This comic book has been rated 5.0 to 5.5 , Very Good Plus to Fine Minus based on CBCS criteria as follows: Excellent color and gloss, reflectivity typical of 1940’s era comic, hint of spine wear top and bottom, publisher defects – 5 pages wrinkled at printing or binding ( all clear with crisp readable graphics and text) Lower right corner has 1/8 to ¼ inch loss through all pages as well as front and back cover. Spine is tight and flat with clean well placed staples. Pages are cream with light tan edges, still supple, inner graphic colors remain rich, back cover is off white with mild ink transfer from other print material. Over all appearance of an unread copy with a mildly damage lower right corner.
