Description
Silversmith Peter Chitry (Santo Domingo/NewYork) 1781-1861. Coin silver pitcher with repouse floral bands around center, top and base. Presented to Major Linus W. Stevens in 1826 by the Sixth Company of the National Guard. Engraved, dated and National Guard crest on one side. 9.75"W X 9.5"H X 6"D. 25.35 troy ounces. Surface wear commensurate with age. See photos for condition. In house shipping continental U.S. $35 plus insurance. The absence of a Condition Report does not imply the lot is in perfect condition. Examine all photos closely.
