One of the first 11 Smallsea structures, this building started as a child's dollhouse. It was purchased at an auction in the UK then gutted, extensively reconstructed, wired and decorated. The building includes a bookshop on the first floor, a map and fine prints shop on the second floor and the owner' flat on the third and fourth floors. The building is wired, decorated in great detail and keeps to the Edwardian era. High quality material and fixtures were used throughout.
