RICHMOND, VIRGINIA DATED PIECED CRAZY QUILT, having fan designs with polychrome embroidery, intricate tucked fabric and embroidery flowers on edge, crochet border, initials and names/dates include "Wm. Blair", "BFB / 1837 / Libby Prison", "Rhoda Fuller / 1790", "Stoney Point / Valley Forge / Bunker Hill, 1775 / 1759 Edward Annable 1836", with the latest stitched date being "1896", red floral satin backing. Late 19th century. 69 1/2" x 70".
UPDATED 7/11/17) Excellent condition overall with two areas of separation, one being a single small line as opposed to deteriorated separation; minor areas of wear along center fold, one minor stain on front, and one small hole on backing.
