Rococo Bisque Center Piece, applied blue disc with JD mark on base, boat form bowl is molded with acanthus, floral, mask, scroll and putti embellishments and hand painted panels of frolicking utti and flowers; the bowl is supported by winged griffins and shields upon a scroll footed platform, 19th C., 14 1/2" l, 10 1/4" h, 8"w. CONDITION: Areas of wear to gilting; one seated putti end is broken off and reglued, the opposing putti has a missing foot, chip on rear scroll foot of base, putti's possibly missing something from their hands, one griffin with chip on one ear.
