Each jardiniere is of rectangular section raised on four splayed foot, the body entirely decorated with an ornate design of floral sprays and foliate scrolls against turquoise cloisonne enamel ground, each side centered with shaped cartouche of gilt-bronze panel with auspicious design; the grey jade modelled in the form of scholar' rock with ridges and jagged protrusions, the base with four character QIANLONG mark.
