A ROCOCO REVIVAL GILT AND COMPOSITION PIER MIRROR, LATE 19TH CENTURY, PROBABLY FRENCH, the lattice carved molded back centering a cabochon flanked by "C" scroll embellishments and a fanned feather canopy within addorsed high relief flower bloom and leafy garlands, over a large curved frame with relief scrolling lobed pedestal architectural details, cabochon medallions, and leafy sprays within a molded edge, enclosing an arched concave corner wide beveled mirrored plate. Height: 96" Width: 43" Depth: 4"

There are some minor losses to the outermost carving near the crest with some areas of apparent gilt repairs and minor losses throughout. The back lattice area now with applied gray paint decoration. The mirrored plate and back likely replaced at a later date, otherwise in very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
