Description
Meissen (German, founded 1710), circa 1815-1924. A pair of porcelain blanc de chine figurines of a man and a woman picking flowers, each with hand painted gilt accents. Marked with crossed swords mark indicating production between 1815 and 1934 in blue and numbered. Approximate height 6.75", width 2.25", depth 2.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Susan Knowles of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition
Male figure with repair to up-raised hand and loss of two fingers. Female figure with chip to underside of hat. small minute chips to lace motif.
