Description
Chinese, 20th century. A pair of baluster form porcelain floor vases with enamel painted figural scene on tondo to each and opposing fu dog handles to neck. Each raised on a circular stained wood stand. Overall approximate height 26.5", diameter 10". Height of porcelain approximately 23". Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. Herbert R. Matthews, Sr. and Mrs. Patricia Matthews of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition
Wear commensurate with age and use. Some minor chipping to rim of one. Some glaze pops and some glazing imperfections. Some light soiling and dust, Remnants of label to one with epoxy residue to another. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
