Description
Continental, early 20th century. A pair of neoclassical style wrought iron wall sconces, each having a scrolled wall mount accented with acanthus flowers and rocaille, mounted with two scrolled candle arms, each terminating in a floral candle cup, with gilt detailing. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 15.5", width 13.25", depth 6.75". Provenance: From the Collection of Mr. Gerald Darby, Owner of Darby Mitchell Antiques of Atlanta, Georgia.
