Suite of Twelve Royal Doulton Porcelain Service Plates. Each white ground dish form plate with an open heart and leaf border, overlapping a gilt fan form flowering stem, above an inner band of spade form medallions enclosing a floral spray, an elaborate gilt diaper pattern and rocaille scrolls reserved against the white ground. Each plate with a green crowned lion and Royal Doulton roundel mark with 111 and fleur-de-lis, along rim inscribed B193/H2740. Late 19th Century. Diameter 10 3/4 inches (27.3 cm).
