罐口圆，无颈有圆环肩。肩下罐体上浮雕十八条生动游走似的螭龙，气势磅礴，琢磨工艺精湛。近足处围以莲瓣纹带，
其上绕以迴纹，底平。此罐羊脂白玉精美绝伦，羊脂油润天然，美不胜收。
Han, A Magnificent and Very Rare Jade Jar carved with Qilins
Finely carved in deep relief with eighteen coiling qilins with curled bifurcated tails, crouching and weaving on the globular surface of the guan. Their elongated bodies writhing sinuously in different positions, their heads and haunches cleverly carved. A band of upright leaves encircling the foot, below a key fret band. The massive size of this dragon jar suggests it was a very special commission.
