Background and history of this important drawing appear on back of picture. Some of O’Keeffe’s much smaller architectural drawings have sold at public auction in excess of ninety thousand dollars. This is an estate piece that is being sold as attributed because we have no formal paper work. Can be a real bargain because most of the items in this estate being sold without reserve.
