Tall Vellum glaze vase decorated with a repeating ring of bittersweet at the shoulder, the work of Sara Sax in 1914. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date, shape 2039 C, an impressed V for Vellum and the artist’s monogram. There is fine overall crazing. Height is 11 1/4 inches. Purchased in November 2016 by a nonpaying bidder.
