PRESSED MIRROR (PUNTY / CONCAVE) BOWL ON FOOT / OPEN COMPOTE, bright canary yellow, large hemispherical bowl with 18-scallop rim, raised on a ring-top hexagonal baluster-form standard stepped to a circular panel-top foot, wafer construction. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., M'Kee & Brothers, and others. 1850-1870. 9 3/8" H, 10 1/4" D bowl, 6" D foot.
Undamaged except for a very minor flake to outer edge of rim. Small area of mold roughness to interior of foot, as made.
