Gold-plated 7" record, the 1973 single "The Love I Lost (Part 1) by HAROLD MELVIN AND THE BLUENOTES, presented to Columbia Records promotion manager Ron Alexenburg by the Recording Industry Association of America to commemorate the sale of more than one million copies of the record. Originally penned as a Philly soul ballad, the track was transformed by the band into a disco hit. The record is mounted in a 13" x 17" frame with a brass presentation plaque. Fine.
