A handmade 18k yellow gold brooch with a 24k gold wash, in the shape of a domed disk, reading "Remember" with decorative detailing. Dangle hook to the lower back. Brooch circa 1860s-1870s. Apparently unmarked. Diameter 1.5". Total weight 9.5 grams.
