Knopf (1892-1984, American Publisher) in black ink at the base of the page, with an additional amusing statement in his hand, 'Like hell she is! Says this gentleman's publisher', and dated August 1966 in his hand. With three file holes to the left edge and one small, neat tear to the lower edge, not affecting the signatures. Together with Patricia Neal (1926-2010) American Actress, Academy Award winner. A good vintage blue ink signature and inscription, 'To Beloved Blanche - How can I thank you for being so heavenly to my dear, dear husband?
