An early 19th century mahogany hall chair. The shield-shaped back with foliate scroll surmount over further entwined foliage and a vacant cartouche, the solid seat on lappet-headed turned tapering front legs, 35, (89cm) high.
Condition
Repairs to back edge of seat - back rail of seat replaced, and extra segments added to base of back for additional support. General light wear. Crack to top rail.
