Among the brown-toned plates, printed in high-quality gravure, are images of all her most famous sitters: Thomas Carlyle, Charles Darwin, Sir John Herschel, Alice Liddell (the original Alice in Wonderland), Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Alfred Lord Tennyson, Ellen Terry, George Frederick Watts, and even herself. Very good condition.
