GERMAN CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, comprising one 8 1/8" x 9" dish with molded and gilt shell and sea serpent design with polychrome floral spray on interior with overglaze blue mark on base for Helena Wolfsohn, Dresden having blue "D" with crown above; and one Conta and Boehme bisque porcelain figure of two children standing at a fence having impressed arm within a shield on base and "5097 / B". Late 19th/early 20th century.
One minor flake on underside of rim of dish, and minor loss to raised beaded decoration on edge of girl's bonnet and one flower with minute flake, otherwise undamaged.
