JAPAN, MEIJI PERIOD Two Japanese Meiji period bronze censers. The lot includes a tripod censer with phoenix birds and dragon handles surmounted by a Shishi lion finial cover and a short censer with bat form feet with Shishi lion handles and reticulated lid. The short censer bears a raised seal mark.

Dimensions

Tallest measures 7 1/8" tall.

Condition

Overall good condition, one of the legs of the taller burner is partially unattached, the others slightly canted.
