Catalogue Note
This 'Pompeian' or 'Graeco-Pompeian' candelabra were created for the 1862 International Exhibition in London.
It was composed of 13 pieces and designed by W. Albert Willms, head of Elkington's design studio from 1885 until 1899, who was awarded a medal of artistic merit for it.
