Parian 3 Graces Annular Mantle Clock. Large parian sculpture with 3 standing nude women and hanging garland around the central urn which is raised on a fluted column post; the platform has relief panels with figural putting in the clouds on 4 sides and on a gilt brass base. The 4.5 in. dial consists of 2 porcelain rings, one with black Roman hour numerals and the other with 5 minute numbers and minute markers, the maiden’s finger indicates the time; round French brass 8 day spring driven movement is signed “S. Marti et Cie”, has a platform lever escapement and half hour strike on a bell. Clock is running, case is in excellent condition with no losses, having only a minor repair to the lid finial. 26 in. high x 12.75 in. wide x 10 in. deep. Weight: 33.25 lbs.
