Aesthetic Movement, Attributed to Christopher Dresser (1834-1904), tea and coffee service, English, 19th Century , silver-plate, copper, brass, unsigned, tray, tea kettle and stand, coffee pot, under tray, creamer, waste basket, tray: 19"w x 13 1/4"d x 1 1/2"h
Condition
Each with stylized foliate decoration, the teapot, coffee pot and creamer with applied insect decoration. Each in overall good condition with some light nicks, dents and scratches consistent with use. Each with polish residue present. The underside of teapot lid appears to have been resoldered where insect is present and two other places. Tray with small solder marks and tiny holes where applied insects once were. Stand in overall good condition, two of four rests for teapot slightly bent. Includes burner.
