A Continental stone composition bust of Pan , after Massimiliano Soldani-Benzi (Italian 1656 - 1740), 20th century, portrayed with grinning face declined to sinister, with ivy leaves in his hair and a lion skin slung across his right shoulder, on a waisted circular socle, 93cm high, 68cm wide; above a 19th century cylindrical bluestone plinth with moulded top and base, 90cm high, 47cm diameter, 183cm high overall A similar example in sculpted stone is situated in the gardens of the Highlands Mansion, Pennsylvania, USA
