5 Bronze Holy Water Spoons, Nepal Early 19th c.; including 4 with Ganesh and 1 Village Design with 5 Snakes (smallest). Largest Size: 6" (15 cm) length. Total weight: 175 grams. Provenance: Matthew Friedman Collection. Matthew Friedman is author of three books on the subject of antique Asian bronze, including 1) Nepalese Casted Decanters, Vessels and Bowls 2) Bangladesh Metal Casting: Five Techniques 3) Nepalese Cast Ceremonial Lamps.
