Carved Huang Hua Li Cabinet :
A Huanghuali cabinet that is intricately carved. The top two door section has carved doors in a diapered background and overlaid with a lotus and tendril design. The entire cabinet is bordered with a diapered pattern interrupted by carved scholar's items. The central doors have a circular lotus and tendril pattern, the four surrounding corners has multiple lotus and tendril designs. The central doors open to reveal two shelves. Three drawers are below the central doors, and sit over two lower doors. The bottom apron is carved in a lead and tendril pattern combined with a meander pattern.
