TUPAC SHAKUR LYRICS FOR "LET EM HAVE IT"
Excellent set of handwritten working lyrics for the first verse of the track "Let Em Have It", written in blue ink on a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of notebook paper. The lyrics offered here are nearly the same as those of the finished song. In part: "Now u been actin like u want it for a long time/All up in a nigga face givin me them strong vibe/Look in my eyez & you'll find peace/A Gemini so u really blow my mind freak/Come on! I got my clothez off hard as a nigga in jail/Skinny niggaz throw the dick well/Everybody get they condomz time 2 fuck/Hurry up & put it on nigga time is up..." This track was released on Shakur's posthumous 2001 album "Until the End of Time", and features rapper SKG as a contributor. Very good. With an original signed letter of provenance (which has been notarized with others) from the recipient of the lyrics who was given them directly by Tupac in 1995. The two had met while both were recording at Can-Am Studio in Tarzana. They soon became friends, and on one particular occasion, Tupac gave his friend and fellow rapper a group of his working lyrics as a gift.
