Civil War era Coin Silver serving tray by E.V. Haughwout & Co., New York, NY. In large oval shape, having applied mask frieze handles. Decorated with engraved scroll and floriate pattern, along with engraved dedication. Made circa 1860 and presented to Joseph C. Ryerson by the Chicago Mechanical Bakery, dated April, 1863. Hallmarked and stamped "COIN" to underside. Measures approx. 28-1/2"L x 17-1/2"W. Weighs approx. 3273 grams (105.2ozt). Will not ship, we can refer local shippers.
