December 12, 1966-Dated, Typed Letter Signed, "Charles M. Schulz," 1 page, Octavo, on "Charles M. Schulz" letterhead stationery, with a printed drawing of Charlie Brown & Snoopy at bottom, measuring 6.25" x 7", Choice Near Mint. Written to Jeff Groff. Schulz’ Letter reads, in full:

“Dear Jeff, --- The next paperback will be titled 'The Unsinkable Charlie Brown" and it should go on sale sometime late this month of early in January of 1967. -- There were too many deadlines to meet for the Halloween TV show to give us enough time make a book of it. Perhaps we will have one available next year when the show is rerun. -- Kindest regards.
