A red enamel pin measuring approximately 3.5cm in diameter featuring an eagle with outstretched wings with an anchor central to the body. A scroll with "Ships for Victory" is to the foreground. Thirteen stars are encircling the top. To the reverse is a simple pin clasp with "Des. Pat. 131446", "ICD(B)WU" and "A.E. Co. Utica N.Y." The metal to the reverse shows heavy aging, but the front retains a showable amount of the enamel. Nice example. also many other medals and chain included, with original cases.
