In sections with descriptions and designs for four projects, a wooden church, wooden chapel, wooden school house, and parsonage. Original cloth binding with titles at front in gilt. Front board detached; some staining, edgewear and rubbing throughout; adhesive residue from tape at spine. Griswold College bookplate at front pastedown; various notations to front free endpaper. Pages mildly toned; some foxing to plates. Good.
