The mechanical-action to raise the interior when opened is in working condition. The lock is present; the key is not. There is a small dent at the upper edge of the keyhole. There is rubbing and wear to the surfaces, and some attendant oxidation of metal elements. The case is sturdy and solid. One cup caster is detached, but present. The caster wheels exhibit wear.
