APPROX.70-90 YR OLD NATIVE AMERICAN NAVAJO HAND WOVEN WOOL RUG/ BLANKET, 4'1" X 6'7": This nice old Navajo has a design that consists of a gridwork of diamonds with serrated edges on a natural color ivory field. The outline of the diamonds is done in brown, tan, and red. Cross motifs both large and small are found in the centers of the diamonds. There are brown and red borders at each end but not on the sides. Two shades of red were used in making this rug and there is also some fading that accounts for the varying shades.

Some fading, some soil/spots, and some breaks on the edge and one place in the field but still a good looking rug.
