A blue and white food warmer with a Yan Qing Lou Zhi mark from the early Republic period. This three part porcelain piece has a lid, a bowl insert, and the bottom portion so as to keep food warm. The lid is decorated in blue underglaze with two 5-clawed dragons chasing flaming pearls. It has a textured handle in the center of the lid as well. The body of the food warmer has four rounded handles on either side. It is also decorated with two 5-clawed blue dragons chasing flaming pearls. The dragons are situated in the clouds over waves. The bottom of the food warmer has a four-character Yan Qing Lou Zhi mark.

Dimensions are 5 3/4 inches wide by 5 inches high. All measurements are approximate.

It is in overall good condition with some minor pitting on the interior and some glaze discoloration on the bottom.
