Description

Vintage 1964 The Addams Family 'THE THING' Battery Operated Mechanical Bank. By Poynter Products, Japan. When coin is inserted, the box shakes up and down a few times and a hand comes up and grabs the coin and brings it in the box. Box measures 4-3/4" high x 4-3/4" wide x 3-1/2" deep. Works but can be finicky when it grabs the coin. Sometimes you have to shove the coin closer to his hand to pick it up. Comes in the original box with insert. Overall excellent condition.
